Return & Refund Policy

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery, without providing any reason.

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
Returned within 14 days of delivery
Unused, unworn, and in perfect condition
Returned in original packaging
All tags and labels still attached
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Provide your order number and reason for return
Wait for return instructions
Ship the item back to the address provided
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable
We recommend using a trackable shipping service
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
You will be notified of approval or rejection
If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 days
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
The following items cannot be returned:
Customized or made-to-order products
Items damaged due to misuse
Items returned without original packaging
If you receive a defective or damaged product:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Include photos of the issue
We will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost
We do not guarantee exchanges. If you wish to change an item, we recommend returning the original product and placing a new order.
For orders outside the European Union:
Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable
Returned shipments must be clearly marked as “Return” to avoid additional charges
